This complex Rosé is made from drained juice from all the above Rainbow?s End cultivars. Aromas of berry,cherry and a hint of tropical flavours. A sweet,soury sensation on palate with a dry refreshing finish.

Tasting Notes:
Dark rich & intense wine. Smokey wood with hint of white pepper. Christmas cake, dark cherry and bacon notes. Rich, meaty, spicy and savoury palate with concentrated raspberry flavours. Well integrated palate with long aftertaste.
Maturation:
12 Months in 50% new wood, 25% second fill and 25% third fill French barrels. Two rackings during wood maturation. Thereafter bottled without filtering or fining. Natural deposits may therefore be found in the bottle. Can be enjoyed now but is anticipated to reach its optimum in 2-5 years time.

Tasting Notes:
Deep red, colour. Lovely earthy and tomato leaf flavours. Typical vegetative and herbaceous aromas with mineralic and slight floral aftertone (violets and fynbos). Well balanced, juicy palate with great concentration and depth all in harmony with soft, fine tannins.
Maturation:
12 Months in 20% new wood and 80% second fill. A combination of 85% French oak and 15% Hungarian oak was used. Three rackings during wood maturation. Thereafter bottled without filtering or fining. Natural deposits may therefore be found in the bottle. Can be enjoyed now but is anticipated to reach its optimum in 3-5 years time.

Maturation:
